Legacy Apartments offers a variety of rent and utility arrangements depending on the apartment home, lease terms, and availability. Most residences are offered at a base monthly rent, with residents responsible for certain utilities. In some cases, utilities-included rent options may be available at different rates and terms based on unit availability, lease structure, or participation in applicable housing assistance programs. Applicant Screening & Income Guidelines
Legacy Apartments uses standard screening criteria, which may include income verification, credit history, rental history, and background screening as permitted by law. Applicants are generally expected to demonstrate sufficient monthly income to meet their rental obligations, including any required fees and resident-paid utilities. If an applicant does not meet standard income guidelines, a qualified guarantor may be considered where permitted. Legacy Apartments welcomes applicants participating in lawful housing assistance programs. Screening for assisted households is conducted in accordance with applicable program requirements and fair housing laws.
